--Job search. NAZCCA is now searching for community organizer for the Coconino County community. If you are interested or know someone good for this role, please see the details for applying here: https://www.nazcca.org/jobopportunities. We welcome candidates of all ages. The most important quality you need is passion to mentor the communities of Coconino County to come together to respond to climate change and promote renewables.

--During the job search. Until a new CO is onboard, we wanted to share some areas where your help is needed. Our climate can't wait.

• Please consider volunteering to help with tabling at events throughout the county. This is an opportunity to meet folks and let them know what NAZCCA is doing and how climate change is affecting our community.

• Flagstaff City Council is continually considering approval of various initiatives that can impact the Carbon Neutrality Plan. NAZCCA members are needed to attend council meetings, email council members, speak up at City Council meetings, and post on NextDoor to counter groups providing misinformation.

• Car dealerships in Flagstaff are missing out on the boom in EV sales. Sales people are not educated, inventory is non-existent as well as servicing EVs. Volunteers are needed to approach dealerships, write letters to the editor, and meet with sales people to ask them about their latest EV models.

–-Trainings. Please join our trainings around community organizing, digital organizing, and what is NAZCCA or some of the other groups we work with. We welcome those with different skill sets and motivation, from gathering signatures to using data skills to spreading information, always seeking to broaden community awareness and engagement around climate change and the need for renewables. You need not attend every session. You need not reside in Arizona.
