Bike Climate Action Team (B-CAT) Meet and Greet with Adam Shimoni

  • Virtually via Zoom! (map)

Kick-off Meeting

Are you interested in getting involved in local bike and pedestrian issues?

Join us for our first BCAT zoom meeting on March 1st. Former Flagstaff Vice Mayor and Councilmember Adam Shimoni will be facilitating a group conversation about topics related to bike/ped while also sharing his insights.

Why is this important?

Bicycle transportation is the most affordable form of travel. Moreover, bicycle use reduces congestion, improves health, diminishes harmful emissions, facilitates student & community mobility, stimulates commercial activity, and deals with the City’s declared Climate Change Emergency. The residents of Flagstaff are ready for the City to take action on these topics and are ready to assist City Leadership, Staff, and the City Council in taking steps forward.
