In light of the tragic bicycle-car accident yesterday, the BikeStrike for Zero Emissions has been cancelled. Some will still gather to mourn and show support for the beloved members of our biking community.
By striking on a bike, we’re demonstrating we are ready to move to low carbon travel.
Private cars cause gridlock, air pollution, are responsible for a large proportion of the CO2 emissions, are dangerous to pedestrians and children and take up space that could otherwise be used for play or returning to nature.
Please join us on your bike and invite your friends, family and colleagues to participate in a BikeStrike for Climate! To help with our logistics and planning, please let us know if you can join us! ↓
