Shawn Newell, Sierra Cottle & Natalie Jacobs from the Flagstaff chapter CCL are educating the public on the benefits of a national carbon fee & dividend policy.  HR 763 is a strong bipartisan bill following the carbon fee and dividend model—effective, good for people, good for the economy, and revenue neutral, so won't grow government as it uses the market to drive emissions down to 90% of 2016 emissions by 2050.
