Creating with the Earth: A Planting, Music & Arts Festival & Peacebuilders Experience: Story Telling

This event is part of the Yavapai Climate Change Coalition series of Earth Week events.

Creating with the Earth will be centered around gathering as a community to celebrate spring and seed the gardens together. These volunteer and earth stewardship efforts will be celebrated alongside our community's culture, through live music performances, movement workshops, live painting, fun activities, local fresh food and more! Creating with the Earth will combine many aspects of our current community through play, education, art, music and gardening, and aims to create community engagement, action and inspiration! Before March 28th, anyone wanting to share their gifts, creativity, knowledge or resources can contact us to offer anything from leading a meditation in the garden to performing spoken word, just let us know what you’d like to share with the community! Hope to see you there!

Experiencing the Real Magic of Nature: Personal stories to celebrate Earth Week

Only by recognizing and hearing stories of each other’s human experience can we understand each other and create the world we want.  Community members will share their personal stories of their experience with the magic of nature and how that has influenced who they are and how they live within the natural environment. We are pleased to be a part of the Prescott College “Creating with the Earth” Festival.
